Feeding Program - Pital
This program feeds numerous families in the nearby city of Pital and was originally conceived by Mary and Marion, missionaries who served here in Costa Rica for more than 40 years.
Feeding Program - Mirador
This project is in partnership with Iglesia Metodisto de Mirador with the goal of improving food stability for kids in the Mirador community. The typical structure includes a hot meal, fruits and vegetables, games, and an interactive Bible story.
Each program costs around $100. In order for us to offer this program more frequently, we are looking for meal sponsors! If you would like to make a one time donation specified for sponsoring a meal please click the button below!
Recycling Program
We want to do our part to keep Costa Rica beautiful for years to come by responsible disposing of our waste. We will have receptacles available for plastic, aluminum and metal recycling.
Connectional Ministries
This program connects the churches within the district to Campamento Nehemias. We want to provide a fun and safe environment to learn about the Lord and deepen the connections between our family of faith.
Farmer's Market
Campamento Nehemias is blessed with a greenhouse as well as fertile soil for growing fruits and vegetables. Our goal is to use this food to feed the mission teams who stay here as well as sell some of the produce in our effort to be financially self-sustaining.
